The mail shots can be a simple letter on personalised letterhead paper or a flyer printed professionally. If you have a list of existing clients, this can be used for the distribution, or we can source a list for you. Mailshots usually come in 3 main formats - postcards, letters or flyers. The latter 2 options also give you the possibility of sending your clients and potential clients some promotional material, such as a company-branded pen. With the new postage charges which came into affect in August 2006, the way mailshots are created has been changed. If your flyer or letter is smaller than half a sheet of A4, less than 5mm wide and 100g it can be posted as a standard letter. This means fewer people are sending branded pens, but there are several other possibilities of promotional items which could be used. Please find a list below:
